The Vigitron Vi1053VPD is a compact, passive device designed to transmit a single channel of analog video, RS-422/RS-485 data, and 12VDC camera power over one Cat-5 cable. It supports distances up to 750 feet (228 meters) with passive transceivers and, when paired with multi-channel combiner hubs and active UTP receivers, can support long-range runs up to 3,000 feet (915 meters).
The unit connects via RJ-45 and includes breakout cables for video (BNC coax), data, and power, ensuring a clean structured wiring setup. Integrated surge protection safeguards video equipment against voltage spikes, while its high 60 dB noise immunity guarantees signal quality.
