What if my purchases should be exempt from Sales Tax?
Customers outside of Arizona will not be subject to sales tax in most cases. Resale customers within Arizona who are sales tax exempt should forward a completed AZ Form 5000 to us.
How do I track my order?
Orders are updated automatically when they are shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been fulfilled.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
If your order includes items that are not currently in stock, there is typically a lead time to replenish our stock. This can range from 2 days to 2 weeks. Please feel free to email us to inquire.
