Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean by removing oils, dust, and residues using Isopropyl Alcohol.

Application:
- Shake the aerosol can vigorously before use.
- Spray a test pattern to confirm proper flow.
- Hold the can 20–25 cm (8–10 inches) from the surface and apply a thin, even coat.
- Allow 10 minutes for the first coat to dry before applying additional coats if necessary.

Curing: The coating becomes tack-free in about 10 minutes and fully dries in 20 minutes at 65°C (149°F).
For rework or repair, the 422C-340G coating can be removed using MG Chemicals' 8309 or 8310A conformal coating removers, or it can be soldered through directly.
