Typical Installation & Usage Scenario

Surface Preparation: Clean the PCB or substrate with isopropyl alcohol to remove oils and contaminants.

Application: Shake the can vigorously for two minutes. Hold 20–30 cm from the surface and apply thin, even coats.

Layering: Allow at least 15 minutes between coats to build up 20–30 µm dry film thickness per pass.

Curing: After the final coat, let the assembly sit at room temperature for 24 hours for full cure.
